Ming Pre-Bonsai Tree Plant Polyscias Indoor 4 Pot



Click an image to enlarge. The naturally twisted stems and fernlike foliage make this ming a true asian treasure. Correct name: polyscias fruticosa ‘elegans’. Also know as parsley aralia. Display this plant in bright light but protect from the hot sun.

Makes a great house plant or bonsai! The plant you will receive is 8-10″ tall growing in a 4″ pot. Let its natural bonsai-like appearance add a touch of the orient to your home. Keep evenly moist, but not wet or dry. Do not allow the plant to stand in water.

This is a wonderful cork bark japanese back pine, it is in a white pot tokaneme with a great desigens as seen in photos, it is 5.25×4.25 by 2.5 inches tall, the tree is 7 inches tall from the soil line and 7 inches wide. At the soil line the trunk is 1.25 but only. 5 inches up the tree the trunk is 2.5 inches wide, at 2.75 inches up the trunk from the soil line the trunk is a massive 3 inches wide. This is just one of a kind tree and i have had it in my collection for over 5 years tree. It has been repotted ever 4 years, fedtilized 2xs a year, decandled at proper time, and given the best bonsai acadoma soil. I have shown it twice in local club show and have had raving review from my club members on what a gem this trees is. I know the new owner will get the same gratification out of this little guy as i have.

This is just a massive trident maple bonsai that with a little work will be a show stopper. It is in a plastic pot that is 11 inches round and 5 inches tall. It has a trunk that is 4 5/8 inches thick at the soil line, the tree is 12 inches tall and 8 inches wide.

It was grown in my growing groud for 15 years and it has been in a training pot for 4 so the trees is 19 years old. It has some scars but they are healing over nicely and will be completely gone within a few years.

I have let it shoot out to get its primary shape and build up thickness of limbs, it will be ready for wiring this fall when it looses its leafs. I was shooting for the shape of a mighty oak and think i have accomplished it well.

This is just an outstanding tree, definitely one not to be missed. It has been fertilized twice a year, constantly trimined and cut back and repotted every two years. It reminds me of the oak i asked my wife to mary me under. Looking at this spectacular tree has always brought be back to that special place.

BRISTLECONE PINE (small)


The amazing bristlecone pine is perhaps the world’s most ancient living organism. The oldest still living specimen is almost 5,000 years old-that means it is more ancient than stonehenge, the acropolis, and even cheops’ pyramid. Bristlecone pines grow at very high elevations in some of the most foreboding and hostile territory any tree calls home-on exposed, rocky slopes at elevations between 7,000 and 12,000 feet in ut, nv, az, ca, and nm. In cultivation, the slow-growing bristlecone pine takes on a form quite different from its gnarled subalpine brethren, becoming a symmetrical, even luxuriant tree, fully clothed in dense, very dark, shimmering needles, and growing to heights of around 25 feet. The trees needles are often flecked with white dots of resin, and its woody cones bear the tree’s namesake bristles.

The astounding longevity and amazing hardiness of the bristlecone pine make it a fascinating choice for ornamental planting in a diverse range of climates. Highly suited to container growing and smaller gardens. Tree growing kit from seed also available.
