These shimpaku junipers are perfect material to create bonsai. The rich green foliage shows they’ve been grown in appropriate conditions, and the whips that have developed indicate their abundant health and vigor. Shimpaku are highly sought after due to their manageable and predictable foliage. Given adequate time, sun, water, and nutrients, these shimpaku junipers can be turned into most any style suitable for junipers. If you need to improve the foliage on another juniper, these are perfect scion material for grafting as well.
