Shohin zelkova serrata japanese greybark elm bonsai. This is a dwarf japanese elm. They develop fine twigging and make excellent broom style bonsai. This is a 13 year old tree developed as a broom style with excellent, dense branching. Its in a 4 training pot. It stands about 4″ tall from the soil and has a 3/8″ trunk and 1.5 nebari. It was repotted last year in pure akadama.
