I put this bonsai container in this pot about 4 months ago. Container: stoneware: 7 5/8 by 5 7/8 inches: height 2 3/8 inches. I use wd-40 on bonsai container. Scientific name: portulacaria common name: jade. This is pre-bonsai: it will take between 1 to 4 years and this will be nice bonsai tree. Refinement rule # 1 trim the bonsai tree the way you like it: this tree needs some clip & grow and it will turn into nice bonsai tree: rule # 2 follow bonsai tree rules. Light: bright sunlight: can be grown indoors but must have bright sunlight (5 to 8 hours). Water: i water this bonsai tree 2 or 5 days week: allow soil surface to dry between waterings.
