The tree was field grown as bonsai stock at Grateful Gardens Nursery of central PA. Tree is about 15 years old. It was transplanted 4-5 times over its life with root work each time. It was grown in the ground and potted this spring. This big old boxwood has a fantastic form with great branching, a killer flared base and a superb trunk.
