This Kingsville Boxwood Buxus microphylla compacta Bonsai is 16 years old and was started from a select cutting and now stands 12 Tall from the bottom of the pots feet to the trees top. With good surface roots and tapered trunk, it branches out to a full canopy measuring 8 3/4 at its widest, across the front. Its planted in an unglazed, oval Japanese pot, measuring 7 1/2 x 5 and 2 from the lip to the bottom of its feet. I have tended this tree from its beginnings, as a cutting from its parent tree.
