BECAUSE IT WAS STARTED FROM SEED, IT HAS GENETIC VARIATION FROM THE MOTHER TREE, BUT THE TWO HAVE COLORS THAT ARE SPOT ON MATCH. BUT HAVE DIFERNT LEAF CUTS. Every time I see it it reminds me a native oak here in Sacramento that I would pass in my car every day one the way to work. It is the same tree I would picknick with my wife with along hy49 and is the place I purposed to her. I know the new owner will get the same gratification out of this prize tree that I have.
