18 year old Kingsville Boxwood Buxus Microphylla Compacta Multi Trunk Bonsai. This Tree has good surface roots and tapered trunks. It was developed from 3 individual Kingsville Boxwood cuttings, that have now grown together as one. It stands 10 tall, from the bottom of the pots feet to the trees top. Its planted in a round unglazed high fired Chinese pot. The pot measures 6 in diameter and is 2 1/4 from the pots lip to the base of its feet. I have tended this tree from its beginnings, as a cutting from its parent tree then taken it as an air layer. As with all bonsai the training never ends, this tree has training wire in place.
