Specimen Shohin Twisted Trunk Kishu Shimpaku Bonsai. Bought from Gary Ishii in 2014. It is a San Jose juniper grafted with Kishu. The Bonsai is about 24 years old. The pot is a Yixing 6 x 4-1/4 x 2-1/4 high. Last repot was May 2017. Weekly Dyno-Grow Liquid Fertilizer. Kept in full sun. Watered early morning daily. If it is a hot sunny day quick dusk water. All wire taken off in January 2020. Light wiring put on in January 2020 just to keep shape and to give bonsai a rest. Excellent for Shohin Bonsai Display for Bonsai Show.
