You will receive the exact tree in the photos. This is a nice dwarf jade that has been in training for its whole life. The nebari and branch structure is developing nicely for a dwarf jade. This guy is a little sparse for last time it was pruned but will fill in very quickly as temperatures remain hot. Height: 9″ width: 10″ trunk (diameter): 1.5″ nebari (root spread): 3″. Dwarf jade is an extremely resilient succulent species used widely for bonsai especially indoors. This south african native can grow upwards of 15′ and in age produce some rugged looking trunks. Its succulent nature makes it a difficult task to kill one and it is a great indoor and beginners tree. It takes a long time for a this dwarf variety of juniper to reach this size. It is very well along and has already been gone through and all the really bad branches and clutter removed over a year ago. It is now in prime health and ready for a new home.

Overall beautiful and mature tree ready to be enjoyed yet still have a lot of potential to be improved. Measurements: height: 18″ width: 19″ trunk diameter: 1.25″ nebari (root spread): 3 “. Procumbens nana is a widely used variety of juniper for bonsai all juniper was brought over from the east.

Most prized for its dense. And small mature foliage this juniper is very slow growing but in age. Commonly, japanese dwarf juniper is grafted. Onto larger already mature stock. A large ungrafted procumbens is. Certainly an enviable bonsai for even an avid collector. Species is fairly hardy but its main enemy, spider mites, must be.
