This pot was made by long time potter, Yamafusa. He’s been a Tokoname area potter for decades. The patina is great and it’s clearly been used for many decades. Finding larger well used pots like this from Japan with great patina is getting harder and harder to find. This pot does have some chips. Please see all photos. It also has a glaze crack; not a clay crack so the body is totally structurally sound and rings like a bell. Has a few issues. But overall you will love your tree in it and it has a’clear’ front with none of the damage visual. Pot size, in inches.
