This pot was made by Koyo, a long time award winning Tokoname Potter known for his awesome glazes. This robin egg style glaze is really nice and hes really the only modernist potter making this glaze well. If it were an antique chinese pot this glaze, in Japanese, would be called Ri-Kinyo. There are some chips on the feet but as it sits, you cant see any from the front. There is a very small chip on the rim too. Keep in mind this pot is probably 20-25 years old and has likely had a tree in it the whole time. Pot size, in inches.
