This seedling will develop fastest if planted into a one (1) gallon container with a nursery grade soil mix that has pine or cedar bark in it. Our starters are mature enough to go directly into the ground but planting into a one gallon container first will ensure your transplant is successful. For young trees feed and water heavily to produce strong growth. Focus on needle plucking to develop good branch placement in the beginning stages.
