Ulmus parvifolia Chinese elm Cork Bark Mame semi cascade Bonsai. NOTE: first photo and other fall color photos taken 11/3018. This tree will be leafless in several days. This tree is now totally dormant without leaves. This tree was started from a single root cutting 4 years ago. It stands 6 tall from the bottom of its pots feet to the top of the tree. With its twisting trunk and branches this Semi Cascade tree has great beginnings. It was last repotted spring of 2018. Planted in a beautiful white Raku dripping glazed quality pot that measures 2 1/4 tall from the bottom of its feet to the top lip and is 2 3/4 square. I have tended this tree from its beginnings, as a root cutting from its parent tree. Every few years I produce a few of these trees and this one has shown to have developed well. It has been repotted this spring and shows great vigor. This tree has had extensive wiring done during its development and does now have some training wires in place.
