This literati scots pine is a true shohin size anywhere in the world standing just 6 1/2 tall from the root base. The exposed roots rise up 2. Scots pine make an excellent shohin pine with the ability to reduce the needles dramatically. Recently wired, this is it’s first styling and it is ready for a bonsai pot in the spring. All of my trees offered for sale have had at least 2-3 root prunings during their training.
