This is a pot made by Ogurayama. A Japanese potter born in 1920 and received many awards for his pottery. His designs are vast and varied. This one has a deep patina that appears to have been cleaned a long time ago. It’s stamped twice both inside and on the bottom of the pot. There is a small painting in gold and green along the side. The size and shape are excellent for Shohin too. Size in inches is. Please see my other new additions in my store I.
