Orange Citrus Bonsai Tree (”Calamondin” Orange). 8 yrs old, 15″ – 20″ tall from table. Flowering and Fruiting Indoor Bonsai Tree. Grown & trained in the USA. Promotional humidity/drip tray is available; see options. Our decorative citrus tree has shiny evergreen leaves and marvelously fragrant white flowers. Miniature fruit (which grows only to the size of a golf ball) and flowers appear over the course of a year, often at the same time. Calamondin orange trees that are grown indoors may need to be hand-pollinated to bear fruit. The fruit ripens slowly, changing from deep green to bright orange. Indoors you’ll usually see flowers and fruits on the tree at the same time, through out the year. Fruits are about the size of a golf ball, 1-2 in (2.5-5 cm) in size; very sour, they can be used in stir frying, sauces and other cooking, flavoring in baking instead of lemon, or a lemonade like drink Very easy indoor care.
