I have owned it for 8 years and have enjoyed working on it and viewing it. As can be seen the structure is amazing , achieve from decades of wiring, pinching and trimming. It with out a doubt has the best structure I have ever seen, just meticulous. Every time I see it it reminds me a native oak here in Sacramento that I would pass in my car every day one the way to work. It is the same tree I would picknick with my wife with along hy49 and is the place I purposed to her. I know the new owner will get the same gratification out of this prize tree that I have.
