This was made by the now closed Yamaaki pot. Its got a beautiful shape and size. It Would complement a conifer very nicely. This pot is a model off of a very famous antique Chinese pot. The yamaaki kiln specialized in making pots after old china pots but making them more usable for daily bonsai use. Hardly visible but its there. Ive discounted the price because of it. Dwarf Japanese Maple Fjellheim Pre Bonsai Tree Thick Trunk Unique Tree Red Bark

Fjellhiem was created from a withch’s broom off of a’Sangu Kaku’ AKA Coral Bark Maple so it has the same Infamous Bright Red Bark during cooler months. This dwarf has smaller leaves and a More Compact Growth Habit when Compared to its parent. In Spring the new growth is Lime Green which contrasts Nicely with the Bright Red Bark, the Fall Color is an Eye Catching Golden Yellow. This Pre Bonsai has a Very Nice Taper, Structure, Movement, Many Branches to work with and a Big Thick Trunk. Prefers Partial to Full Sun depending on climate. This Pot was made by Seizan. A long time tokoname Potter. Its a very unique color to it. A lighter clay base with some sort of staining on it to appear almost like a pear skin style pot. The patina is great on it too. Really cool pot, something different for sure. The rim has a chip on it as seen in the pictures. An old chip and hard to see unless you really look for it.
