The tree was field grown as bonsai stock at Grateful Gardens Nursery of central PA. It was transplanted 3-4 times over its life with root work each time. It was grown in the ground and potted this spring. This tree has a great leaning form with a nice rugged looking trunk. It has nice branching and a nice, full canopy. This tree is ready for a bonsai pot and styling come this spring. It will make a fun project. The trees dimensions are as follows. Canopy – 8 1/2.
