Height: 23 from soil line. Trunk diameter: 5 at widest point!

This is one of my very own creations and is what i’m known for in the bonsai community. Twin trunk design with a carved hollow on the main deadwood trunk. The hollow is burned out for a very naturalistic look and feel, just like the redwoods of northern california!
This tree also has a twin top, which is what you find in nature but is so rarely found in bonsai. The base is one of the best i’ve ever seen on a redwood and has great flare and is as close to nebari as you could possibly get on this species. The tree is completely wired and should develop to being show-able within a year or two!!! It is ready for a new pot in spring and would look fantastic in an unglazed rectangle with rounded corners or an unglazed oval.

This is a truly spectacular tree and would make a great addition to anyone’s collection or an incredible holiday gift!! Redwoods require moisture at all times as well as protection from frost. As always, feel free to ask any questions you may have. School is in session so trees from me will be a rare sight until summer, but feel free to ask if you have a special request!
